If you are on a "Website as a Service" contract, then yes we do require that we host the website... at least until the end of your contract term at which point ownership is transferred to you. The cost of your website is already included in the price.

If you're paying with standard payment terms, your price includes 60 days of hosting, if you need it. If it is a WordPress website, we strongly recommend that you start a site care plan after that.

If we build your website with WordPress, you will get free access to the "premium" WordPress plugins we use, in their current versions, as long as you use the website we built. Any future upgrade costs however are not necessarily covered, unless already covered by the existing license, or you have a "managed" hosting plan though GRMacGeek.

Plugins used may include:
• Either the Divi (annual license usually costs $89) or Oxygen (license usually costs $99) builder
• Swift Performance Pro plugin for cache and website speed - retail cost $39.99/yr
• Fluent Forms Pro - normally $49 for a site license
• wpvivid Pro Backup plugin - normally $99 for a basic license

If you need other "premium" plugins for your website, those must be purchased by you.

If you are on a "Website as a Service" contract, we do require that we host the website... at least until the end of your contract term at which point ownership is transferred to you. During your contract, we will put you on our "Basic Managed" Hosting plan (details here) which currently would cost $20/month.

After the 2 year contract expires, we will drop your monthly payment down to the "Basic Managed" hosting plan, but you are free to choose whatever hosting/plans you want at that point.
